Private Party Golf Cart Ad Listings

The advertising service Golf Cart Sellers provides is immediate so we do not provide refunds once the golf cart is live on our site.

You must use care when selecting your ad package and inputting information for your Private Seller Golf Cart Ad; Private Seller Golf Cart Ad fees are generally not refundable except as set forth in Section 1 below, even if you provide erroneous information or fail to sell your golf cart. Golf Cart Sellers will reasonably assist you to correct certain mistakes made by you in placing your Private Seller Golf Cart Ad (for example, Year, Make, Color, Model, VIN, etc.). To make such corrections to your Private Seller Golf Cart Ad, please contact Golf Cart Sellers at support@golfcartsellers.com.

As stated in the first paragraph, and except as provided for in Section 1, Golf Cart Sellers and its affiliates will not provide any refund for any reason if Golf Cart Sellers or one of its affiliates receives the request for refund after your Private Seller Golf Cart Ad is published on the Website.

  1. Golf Cart Sellers will provide you a refund or credit only for the reasons identified in Subsection (a) and (b), below:
    1. You may be entitled to a refund or credit if your Private Seller Golf Cart Ad has not been posted within the first 72 hours from the time you submit your Private Seller Golf Cart Ad. In that case, you must immediately contact Golf Cart Sellers customer service at support@golfcartsellers.com (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET) to request a refund or credit. You may not request, and we will not issue, a cancellation and refund or credit due to non-publication of your Private Seller Golf Cart Ad within the first 24 hours, starting from the time we accept your order for a Private Seller Golf Cart Ad, which includes the time you take to post your cart’s photo within the Service. You agree that Golf Cart Sellers will have at least 24 hours to fully process your entire Private Seller Golf Cart Ad through the Service, which includes clearing your Private Seller Golf Cart Ad through the Service’s anti-fraud filters.
    2. You may be entitled to a refund or credit if you mistakenly order and pay for duplicate Private Seller Golf Cart Ads through the Service and seek to cancel and obtain a refund or credit on the duplicate Private Seller Golf Cart Ad only. You are not entitled and we cannot provide you a refund or credit on the original Private Seller Golf Cart Ad.

Golf Cart Sellers and its affiliates will not provide a refund or credit for any Private Seller Ad for any reason other than as described in Subsection 1 above, even if you contact us within 72 hours from the time we accept your order for a Private Seller Golf Cart Ad. For example, we cannot provide you a refund or credit if you change your mind about publishing your Private Seller Golf Cart Ad, its content or any enhancements you purchased in relation to your Private Seller Golf Cart Ad selection. You may incur an added charge if you wish to order a higher-tier package for your Private Seller Golf Cart Ad. You are not entitled to a refund or credit if you wish to change to a less expensive ad package. We cannot provide you a refund or credit if you made mistakes while submitting your Private Seller Golf Cart Ad information or if you fail to receive any inquiries or offers to purchase your golf cart through the use of the Service. No refund or credit will be issued if you sold your vehicle through other means, except as provided for in Section 1.

Except as provided under Subsection 1, while Golf Cart Sellers and its affiliates will not provide you a refund or credit in cases where we have made mistakes in the connection with the publication of your Private Seller Golf Cart Ad(s), Autotrader will use reasonable efforts to correct any mistakes we might have made in placing your Private Seller Golf Cart Ad (i.e.: ads we reasonably determine are duplicative, or contain erroneous information); provided, that you contact Golf Cart Sellers customer support within the first 72 hours from the time we accept your order for a Private Seller Golf Cart Ad.

Dealer Subscription Services

Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

1.1 Payment Processing. To purchase a Golf Cart Sellers Dealer membership plan, you must provide a valid Payment Method. You authorize us to charge the current Payment Method associated to your membership account for your membership plan(s) fees, which will be automatically charged on a monthly basis. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your membership account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you additional fees. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details. We have no responsibility or liability if your Payment Method is declined by your financial institution. Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant third-party payment processor.

1.2 Automatic Billing Cycle. The fee for the Golf Cart Sellers Dealer membership plan you purchase, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your Golf Cart Seller Dealer membership plan, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged monthly to your Payment Method on the day of month on which you signed up for the plan. Fees are fully earned upon payment. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your membership plan was purchased on a day not contained in a given month, e.g., the 31st. The charges will appear on your Payment Method receipt as from Golf Cart Sellers, LLC.

1.3 Updating your Payment Method. To update your Payment Method, go online at golfcartsellers.com and visit the “billing” section of your Dealer dashboard. We may also update information on your Payment Method using information provided by the payment service providers, such as the expiration date of your Payment Method. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method for each Dealer membership plan associated with your Dealer membership account.

1.4 Cancellation by You; Reactivation. You must cancel a Golf Cart Sellers Dealer membership plan at least 7 days before it renews in order to avoid automatic billing to your Payment Method for the applicable fee for the next monthly billing cycle. The dealership location identified with the cancelled Dealer membership plan will continue to have access to the Unlimited Deluxe Listings Plan through the end of its billing period. To cancel, go online at golfcartsellers.com and click on the “billing” section of your Dealer dashboard. Then click on “Cancel Subscription”. If you cancel all Dealer membership plan(s) associated with your Dealer membership account, your account will automatically close at the end of the next applicable billing period. To reactivate a closed Dealer membership account, go online at golfcartsellers.com and visit the “billing” section of your Dealer dashboard.

1.5 No Refunds. Paid Dealer membership fees are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used Dealer membership plan periods. Any refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our Dealer members are at our sole and absolute discretion in accordance with applicable law.
